- Vice President of Sales for Southdown, Inc. (formerly the largest cement producer in the U.S.) 


- Vice President and General Manager for CEMEX's Florida and Atlanta operations (a global building materials company that provides high-quality products and reliable service to customers and communities in more than 50 countries)-led revenue and profit growth from $225M to $600M and $12M to $90M respectively” 


- VP Commercial Development — represented the U.S. on a global initiative aimed at creating a common sales language for over 2,000 sales executives worldwide


- VP Continuous Improvement — was handpicked to help create a national corporate performance improvement system that achieved hard savings of $45 million in the U.S.


- Corporate VP HR / Business Partner — was tasked with developing a national sales certification program that resulted in a net incremental profit of $30M and represented the U.S. in the development and deployment of the company's global Commercial Choices Blueprint


- President of Hun tJack Consulting, a locally-owned firm dedicated to helping business owners and executives solve their most pressing problems while providing laser focus on the business' key levers
